I leave the off switch in a different room. I set the timer for 30 minutes and the alarm for 29.5 minutes. =) It's really just a habit. Commit to doing it and do not make ANY exceptions. When you get into the habit of NO exceptions, than exceptions become a very undesirable thing and you avoid them at all cost. I put an voltage shock ankle bracelet on.
