2. Douglas Eby from Talent Development Resources, posts Alan Alda on being a nervous wreck – and liking it ^[3]. In this article, Alan explains that his fear and anxiety drives him to perform better as an actor. Consider that for a moment. The fear and anxiety doesn’t hinder his performance. Instead, it pumps him up and gives him the motivation to take on roles he would otherwise pass up on.
3. Philip Brewer, of Wise Bread posts on How To Be Happy ^[4]. Everything from brain chemicals, to connecting what’s within to what’s without. It’s worth a read.
4. Vera Nadine has a plan to put the self help industry out of business in her perfectionist roadblock ^[5].
