I’ve Got Your Like Minded People Right Here
He who walks with wise men will be wise, but the companion of fools will be destroyed ~Bible
Part of the allure and attractiveness of personal development is getting together with supportive and like minded people. As people, we are attracted to each other, and form communities for just about anything as it is. Book clubs, racket clubs, so why not personal development clubs?
It’s a good idea to have people in your life with whom you can openly share dreams, and bounce ideas off of. What if you don’t have any friends or family that are into personal development? You don’t let that stop you, you find these people elsewhere.
I’m here to let you know about such a place. Besides the community surrounding this blog, I’ve recently joined another personal development community online. It’s called Personal Development Partners.
It’s not like a regular forum, because it is occupied largely by personal development bloggers, authors, and enthusiasts. You know, people on the path of success. The other cool thing is that you can download many free personal development resources right from the site. Being free and all, you have no reason not to check it out.
Sign up for personal development partners, and add me as a friend when you get there.

I’m already a member. Next time I log in I’ll do that. (Assuming I can figure out how to do it!)
Very cool. It’s a great community.
I couldn’t see how to do it. I wrote an e-mail to the webmaster asking how to add you and also saying I find the site difficult to use. I cheerfully admit it might be just me, but I thought I would tell them I don’t use it often even though I like the general idea.
Presumably in the fullness of time you will be officially listed as one of my friends. In my mind that’s already true. I find your site very welcoming.
Jean, just shoot me an e-mail if you need any help with that site… also, the creator of that forum, Aaron Potts, is a really nice guy and would be more than happy to help you with anything. Tell him I sent you =)
How do I tell Aaron? Today was the second time I sent him an e-mail from the site and both were administratively denied. It doesn’t seem all that friendly to this premium member, at least. You might mention it to him. In the meantime, how do I add you as a friend?
Thanks.
