		<description>These are great thoughts. The key is to implementing them in your life. As a nurse I know how stress is such a huge risk factor for so many illness (cardiac disease especially). I am always trying to teach my patients about slowing down and taking things one at a time. I try to give them simple ways to do it and these are some good ideas to bring into my teaching - thanks!</description>
