Rolling Out A Unique Blog Design
Putting together a new theme is something that I’ve had on my mind for months. Initially I tried to put something together myself, but realized it would take me way too long to learn everything I need to know about web design and coding.
Nate Whitehill of Unique Blog Designs came to the rescue with his team of designers and coders. They put together everything you see here. We worked very closely side by side to put every idea I had to work.
We decided to do a live test of this new theme. Yes, this is risky, and there are a bunch of tweaks to be made. However, I think we have a good working model on our hands. I’ll be working diligently all week on getting the rest of the site running and matching the new theme.
In the mean time, let me know what your initial thought is of this new theme.
Update: I’m reverting to the old theme for now. After tweaking a bit the new theme will be back up, stay tuned!

It’s easier to read with the lighter background. It’s also more cheerful, which I, of course, like.
Alex,
I love this new design! Very well done. Much brighter and more colorful than the last one – a pleasure to look at.
Alex:
You definitely have something going here. The design and color are much more attractive than the older version. You are absolutely going in the right direction! Keep plugging away!
Great new design Alex. Like it a lot!
