I&#039;m a life coach and counselor and I also specialize in law of attraction and, among other things food body issues. Having travelled my own personal journey with compulsive eating and healing from bulimia, I&#039;ve learned a thing or too.  Two of my favorite tips, aligned with the law of attraction are 1) if you can&#039;t love your body, practice &quot;sending&quot; love to your body.  After all, what you resist persists.  If you resist your body as it is, you just give more life to to what you &quot;don&#039;t want&quot; and 2) as for eating and exercise, keep focusing on what you are doing well.  Rather than I don&#039;t drink enough water, think, &quot;Hey!  I had a 3 glasses of water today!  That&#039;s good for me.  Or, instead of, I shouldn&#039;t have eaten that cookie, focus on &quot;Hey, I ate 2 fruits and some veggies.  Like you said, focus on the positive and you attract more of that.
