Our Family Has Grown To 1,000 Strong

Yesterday when I woke up I realized two things. I realized that I was still in Panama, and life is very good to me for providing me with all these opportunities. I also realized that the subscriber count on this site has reached a milestone of 1,000 readers.
This means that besides the 50,000 times the articles on this site have been read last month, 1,000 of you want to keep up with the lastest content, and can’t wait to see what’s next. I think that’s awesome.
Through your overwhelming support, encouraging comments, and enthusiastic e-mails you really let me know that I was making a difference for you. You have given me purpose, and I have been very fulfilled creating our journey together.
A tremendous thank you to all the readers that have stuck by over the year, and a big welcome to all the new people that are now in the Practical Personal Development family. I’m really looking forward to doing my part in this relationship, and providing you with the very best content I can muster.

When I first created, and began writing on this blog, I had no experience blogging, and was a complete rookie in the field. I remember checking site stats, and seeing 10, 12, 15 people had read what I wrote. Since part of why I was writing was to increase my own personal development, I was very thrilled to see that a few others were getting something out of it as well.
You can imagine my excitement now. Most days see well over 1,000 new readers, people leave positive comments, and encouraging e-mails. I’m very happy you chose me. Thank you.

Alex, I’m not sure if I’m just being blind, but found it hard to add your RSS feed to google reader, I had the usual the RSS button on the firefox address bar, but could only see the RSS by email at the top of the page - is it not better to have other ways of adding the feed?
(not sure if the above makes sense as I’m in a rush he he……..)
If you click on the RSS counter, it let’s you subscribe, but I’m glad you said something, others might be confused as well. The top right corner has the subscribe by e-mail thing.
Now you’ve said it, I cant believe I didnt notice that before, doh!
I made a slight adjust just for you buddy. Now it should be even easier.
