Zen Habits Handbook for Life Review

zenhabits4life.jpg

Leo Babauta of Zenhabits has done it once again when he unleashed his second ebook Zen Habits Handbook for Life. You may remember when I reviewed his first ebook, Zen To Done, which had many invaluable productivity principles I use to this very day.

This time Leo tackles the simplicity, productivity and happiness aspects of life in this easy to read 76 page ebook. This ebook contains all those lessons that Leo wishes he was taught before starting out on his adult life. Instead, Leo had to learn the hard way, but through his trials and tribulations was able to achieve success in many aspects of life.

Here are some of Leo’s accomplishments:

  • became a runner
  • became a vegetarian
  • ran a marathon
  • became organized and productive
  • doubled his income
  • completed a triathlon
  • started a VERY successful blog
  • eliminated his debt
  • lost 30 pounds
  • sold a successful ebook
  • became an early riser
  • created a minimalist home

Not to put down what Leo has accomplished, but these goals are not THAT hard to reach. In fact, using principles outlined in Leo’s book, ANYONE can enjoy this level of success. It just takes following the road already layed out, and finding our passions.
