		<description>One of the very best things my wife and I have done - out of necessity - was to prepare all of our week&#039;s meals on one day.

We plan our meals on Thursday, shop on Friday and cook or prepare everything for the upcoming week on Sunday. It&#039;s great coming home after a long, hard day and not having to worry about what to eat or having to cook.

We don&#039;t use a special piece of paper for meal planning or list making however. Just a piece of lined paper. Top part for the meals...bottom part for the list. Tear off the list and head to the store.

We&#039;ve saved a bunch of money by not eating out as often and our healthy eating habits have been much more consistent.</description>

		<description>I think finding the time to exercise is the hardest thing for anyone to do, particularly if you work a job.  I try to get up early in the morning and do it.  It&#039;s tough, and it feels awful getting out of bed.  But you feel so good later on in the day after having exercised.</description>
