I love the analogy of the pillars when looking at the various aspects of your life. It wasn't until I discovered that spirituality is something completely different than religion. I believe religion can be the access point and reinforcer of our spirituality. It seems to me that you went on a journey in search of religion (perhaps not the best description of your courageous quest) and in the end you are beginning to find that spirituality exists in another shape or form. Not trying to interpret or tell you what you feel, but these were the thoughts I had after reading your post and looking at similar experiences in my own life. Your post was certainly spiritual for me. Thanks.

Ran across your first article on Dumblittleman.com, and follow the thread over to see how it went.

Congrats for being able to decide that you really wanted to do something...and going out and making it happen.

And even more congrats for being able to admit the mistake. Both can be tough...but it is better to learn and grow than to wonder and wish.
