Great suggestions here. I love the healthy meal tips. I&#039;ve been trying to shift my diet to a lighter, cleaner diet for the past few months. I&#039;ve started to notice that eating a light breakfast IS actually better than eating a heavy one. I&#039;m going to start adding some herbal tea to the mix also. 

Oh, and the Zinc suggestion is great. I&#039;m going to figure out how to add more Zinc to my diet. Probably will avoid the supplements and get it through natural foods as you suggest here.
