		<description>Good luck with the 30 days of exercising consecutively.  I started that about 50 days ago and it&#039;s been tough to stop!  Once you get in the rhythm of it each day your brain starts to find excuses for you to workout, instead of the opposite.  It&#039;s fun.</description>
