This is great stuff. It makes me realize how inconsistent, disorganized and unfocused I am so often!

hey:)
I would really like to read more on this topic. For example about the importance of the Flow State. (what do you think about it?)
you may be really focused, efficient, effective...but without the real purpose you are wasting your time

cheers!

That is a perfect recipe for success. Consistency can play a long way in achieving more with doing less.

Nice post Alex. I agree that organization, consistency, and focus are three components that help us succeed in life. I like the this line in the organization paragraph, "...be brutally honest with yourself and your abilities...". Sometimes, I plan too much for myself to do and get discouraged. I totally agree with this after reading it and will aware of it in my daily habits. Thanks man!

Steve, there are such giants around me on a daily basis, that I am in awe at them. My goal is to learn from them, and pay it forward. Unfortunately the price of the dental school time commitment means less writing here.

I have to grow to the next level, so that I can be even more valuable as a person, friend, family members, and of course to the marketplace.

Alex I am in wonder that you wonder how your fellow student does it, yet you are doing the same thing, with a successful blog and podcast :) It's inspiring to see that you are continuing to pursue your dream.
