Steven Aitchison is a firm believer that if you change your thoughts, you can change your life. He is passionate about personal development, and has a strong desire to become a full-time blogger. He’s definitely on the right track for that.

Steven previously released an ebook, and is working on a few other interesting writing project. If you want to be a problogger, you pretty much have to love writing.

One thing that Steven loves more than his writing is his wife and kids, who I’m sure are very supportive on his journey to become a problogger. I’m also sure that they’re a big reason he wants to go pro, and be the boss of his own schedule so he can spend more time with them.

1. How do you define happiness?

I would define happiness as doing the things in life you love and sharing it with the people you love.

2. On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate your happiness now, versus when you were a child?

At the moment I would rate myself as being a 8/10, when I was a child I was probably a 5/10

3. What do you do on a daily basis that brings you happiness? (and how consistent is the feeling of happiness throughout your day)

Honestly, I kiss my wife everyday and give my sons a hug every single day and tell them I love them. I am extremely happy in my family life and this feeling lasts throughout the day.

4. What things take away from your happiness? What can be done to lessen their impact or remove them from your life?

My job, I am doing a very worthwhile job but it is not my true calling. I work part time on the things I love in the hope that it will one day turn into my career.

5. What do you plan on doing in the future that will bring you even more happiness?

The only thing I can change in my life which would make me happier is my job. I am working on this every single day and hope I can work for myself again. I am working on blogging, writing an ebook, affiliate marketing, and some more writing. Otherwise I am extremely happy.
