Great mini-interview! The overall message I got from this was, to increase your happiness, increase your contribution. Give more of yourself to the world. Excellent message!

I really like the distinction between happiness and pleasure. I've been listening to the audio version of the Power of Now and Tolle makes a similar distinction that makes a lot of intuitive sense to me.

Like most people, I enjoy pleasure, but I am increasingly striving toward happiness as a goal.
